Intro Offer

DURATION: 

  • The expiry period for the Intro Offer pass is 30 days from your first visit.
  • It can be purchased only once!
  • Non-refundable.
  • Non-transferable.
  • Timetable, Venue and Instructors may be subject to change without notice.
  • The intro offer pass cannot be extended!

  • Members can cancel free of charge up to 2 hours before the start of the session.

BANK HOLIDAYS & OTHER PLANNED CLOSURES :

  • All passes will be extended during Holidays or Venue closures.

Taster Pass

DURATION: 

  • The expiry period on the taster pass is 1 month from the purchase date.
  • We are charging £5.
  • If it has expired, you can still attend, but can no longer claim your £5 credit!

  • Members can cancel free of charge up to 2 hours before the start of the session.

Yearly Membership

Packages

DURATION:

  • You can start anytime 
  • We encourage students to attend as many classes as they can each week.
  • The expiry period on all ‘Unlimited’ memberships begins from the first attended class.
  •  Please note that you may receive automated emails from our platform monthly as a reminder of the expiration date.

Unlimited Pass Subscription

Unlimited Package — effective 1 August 2026

From 1 August 2026, the Unlimited package is available exclusively as a recurring subscription, with a minimum commitment of 3 months. Payments are taken automatically at the agreed interval. You may cancel at any time, provided you give at least 4 days’ notice before your next scheduled payment to avoid being charged.

Existing Unlimited pass holders: Any current Unlimited package purchased before 1 August 2026 remains valid until its existing expiration date. These packages can no longer be purchased or renewed once expired — only the new Unlimited subscription will be available for purchase going forward.

Freezes: Unlimited subscribers may freeze their membership twice per calendar year free of charge. Any freeze beyond this will incur a £10 administration fee.

All other packages remain unchanged in structure and pricing, but no longer include the option to extend.

Starter Package

DURATION:

  • 1 Private Lessons + 6 Group Lessons
  • The Starter Package should be completed within 3 months of the purchase date.
  • The additional private lessons should be booked online as a Starter Pack

VALIDITY, CANCELLATION & REFUND:

  • Valid within 3 months from the date of purchase
  • All requests to cancel private lessons must be sent via email to academy@salsa-tropical.com at least 24 hours before the lesson’s scheduled date.
  • Non-Transferable
  • Non-refundable
  • You can request an extension of your valid package two times a year, free of charge, for a maximum of 30 days each time. After that, an admin fee of £10 will be charged.

  • The Company reserves the right to accept or reject the request at its discretion.

Pay As You Go

DURATION:

  • Pay As You Go 1 is a purchase for attending 1 Salsa or Bachata dance class session.
  • 1 Lesson = 1 Hour
  • PAYG expiration day: 30 days after the purchase.

  • You can cancel your booking online
  • Non-transferable
  • Non-refundable
  • Timetable, Venue and Instructors may be subject to change without notice.
  • No Extensions are allowed

  • Members can cancel free of charge up to 2 hours before the start of the session.

Workshops

DURATION:

  • As stated in the workshop event description, it is usually 2 hours.

VALIDITY, CANCELLATION & REFUND:

  • Valid within 3 months from the date of purchase
  • All requests for cancellations must be received via email at academy@salsa-tropical.com at least 24 hours before the workshop date.
  • Non-Transferable
  • If you are sick, you must email us 24 hours before the workshop, and we will reschedule for Free, ONE TIME ONLY. 
  • Non-refundable
  • Timetable, Venue and Instructors may be subject to change without notice.
  • To request extenssion an admin fee of £10 will be charged. 
  • The extension can not be more than 30 days.
  • The Company reserves the right to accept or reject the request at its discretion!

Private Lessons & Wedding Dance Lessons

DURATION:

  • 1 or 2-hour Private Lessons are booked using our online booking system, and you can choose your time slot.

VALIDITY, CANCELLATION, REFUND & RESCHEDULING:

  • Valid within 1 year from the date of purchase
  • All cancellation requests must be received via email at academy@salsa-tropical.com 24 hours before the class date.
  • Non-Transferable
  • Non-refundable
  • If the Student wishes to reschedule a Private Lesson for less than 24 hours, a £18 administration fee will be charged. For more than one cancellation, the student will be charged a £30 penalty fee.
  • The Company reserves the right to accept or reject the request at its discretion.
  • CCTV is in operation at the premises.

Salsa-Tropical Performance team dancers

DURATION:

  • 1 or 2-hour Private Lessons are booked using our online booking system, and you can choose your time slot.

Salsa-Tropical Events & Parties

Salsa-Tropical agrees to provide you with a Workshop / Lady Styling / Show upon your request.
